Peter Langer is a Broker of Records at LSI and for more than 30 years has successfully organized property management companies around the world. Peter is from Austria. In 1992 he purchased his first property in Florida and soon become a milestone of the international relations of Tampa Bay as delegate of the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater International Business Council in Milan/Italy. Peter got his Florida Real Estate Broker license in 1996 and incorporated LSI Real Estate Services in 1997. He provided pioneer work in the field of residential property management organization. Peter is a co-founder of PMM Property Management Master, Inc., an important provider of advanced property management technology based in Palm Harbor Florida. Through his work for international recognition of the Tampa Bay, Peter is a recognized business leader who has successfully managed properties of all kinds across the world. Peter is also sole owner and Broker of Record of Austro Consult, an International Real Estate referral network connected to LSI Real Estate Services.
